Q1: What should I do if the LED lamp bead reflect on the object when shooting an items?
A1: LED lamp beads may produce reflections on the surface of highly reflective objects such as jewelry, glass and stainless steel products, which is inevitable. When shooting these highly reflective products, it is recommended to use a softbox for shooting.
Q2: What material is the photography backdrops, PVC or paper?
A2: 6 colors of background including 3pcs PVC backdrops (Black/ White/ Yellow) and 3pcs backdrops paper (Red/ Blue/ Green).
Q3.What should I do if the ring light flickering?
A3: Please check if the USB connection port next to the ring light panel is loose and adjust it.
Q4. The LED lamp is not enough brightness , the LED lamp heats up when used.
A4: Please check whether the input voltage of the USB port is lower than 5V, please use an adapter with a low current and an input voltage of 5V.
